How do I disable Wrike app prompts to open it?
I'm getting an app prompt every time I click a Wrike email to open in Wrike. I just want it to open in my browser like normal and ignore the app. But instead I have TWO CLICKS to get to what I want.

Hi Mikki, try clicking on this link. Go to App Setting and untick the option to open in the App 👍
Or: Apps Intergration>Apps>App Settings, and untick the option.
This worked! First time a recommendation on this forum actually worked!
Hey Adriel Ewell, I'm glad to hear this worked for you!
It would help the Community a lot if you could share the threads where the suggestions didn't work! Please consider sharing them with me here, and we'll consider what can be done 🙂

Thanks, Lisa! I will try to flag those that do not work for me -- I believe a lot of what I have encountered is that the functionality is just not there, and then the workaround is not helpful. An example: I need to be able to make internal vs. external comments on the same task. I do not want to have one internal and one external task for the same thing (one for the client and one for internal staff). A lot of people have asked for that to be added as a feature and to my knowledge it has not been developed yet. I am meeting with my new Wrike account rep tomorrow and will go over more of my requests with him.
Thanks for the details Adriel Ewell, that's really useful for our team 🙌
