Wrike Bot Dependency Notification Delay
There is a delay between when dependent tasks are "completed" before the wrike bot notifies the next person that they can start their task. I've been told the current logic is that it sends notifications once per hour at the :45 mark, but that the task would need to be marked completed 10-15 minutes before then to register... meaning it can take over an hour to notify the next user that they can start their tasks. With our tight deadlines I'd love to see this get within 5-10 minutes. We have strings of 5-7 tasks that all have to take place in the same day... the hour delay between each task makes this difficult to utilize.
As a brand new Wrike user, I'm extremely disappointed in how this functionality works. Having to wait an unknown amount of time (between minutes and never) to receive notifications pretty much renders this functionality useless for us. We're reverting to manual notifications as my frustration grows. It seems that the platform is extremely unstable in the short amount of time we have been using Wrike.
It would be great to have a system setting to enable more frequent notifications.
In the spirit of user adoption and visibility, I'm trying to utilize both the Wrike Inbox and dashboards, both of which come with some limitations. For the notifications, items that are @mention seem to come almost instantaneously, while the notice that all predecessor takes are completed is delayed for quite some time. Reading the OP above, it seems like something ready to go at 50 minutes past the hour would not get notified for nearly 55 minutes. I'm playing the "we're new in Wrike card" as much as possible and thus have most groups additionally @mentioning someone to ensure tasks and projects keep moving.

We, too, are wondering if there is any update on this situation. We run on very tight deadlines, and it would be great to be able to choose the cadence of the notifications.
