Can you include information in project info panel in reports?
I use Wrike for managing the production of publications as well as email distribution and events. I've created several custom fields that can be reported on individually. However, what I really need is to be able to include information in the project info panel (titles, authors, project codes) for every single project. Right now, I have to associate all of that information with a task in order to get it to show up on reports, which is not necessarily intuitive for the people who have to input all of this information. Right now, in order to get that information to appear for the life of a project, I have to include it in the last reportable task--the publication date. However, email distribution and events don't necessarily have these, so we end up having to put this information in a lot of places. Help?

Hi Jenny,
Have you tried to do a sort of hyperlink to tasks that refer to other tasks? It sounds like what you want is to have information in one spot for a project that everyone can access, but you only want to enter the information once and just have everyone have access to it when they need it.
If this is the case, then you can try setting up one task and call it Project Info.
Then use the permalink and paste this in comments of other tasks that need to reference this information.
When you click on this link you are taken directly to that task (if you have permission to view it) where you will be able to get the information that you need.
Hope that works for you.
