It would be great to have a visual process map tool for sketching out processes before moving into the tool to help the team understand high level relationships and next steps.

Hi Ellen,
As I remember, they added some sort of feature to visualize Workflow changes (statuses) in an HTML. You have to turn on the feature in wrike.com/labs We gave it a quick try, but it wasn't useful to our team.
