Since we have our own special way of working in Wrike, I have created our own set of training materials very much based on Wrike's training materials, but with our terminology and best practices. These materials include a User's Gd for collaborators with a deep dive section for admins. I also created a quick training PowerPoint and a Placemat (or mini-poster) for quick tips.  These last 2 items are sent out to our new users and gets them up and running on day one.  The result is quick and easy adoption. I spend a whole lot less time training and our users are ready to roll in Wrike on their first day.

Hello Patricia - You mention that you share a user's guide for collaborators - without giving away any confidential information, would you be willing to share this guide or any other general training tips?

@Coilin and @Patricia, a member of the Community just posted a fantastic decision tree for users who are new to his Wrike workflow, I thought this may be interesting to you too based on the discussion here, and wanted to share: Wrike Decision Tree example

Here are the links to our 3 getting started docs.  Please note that the GUIDE is still in the process of being updated.

I can generally get anyone on our team up and running with the PPT and the Wrike-at-a-Glance doc in about 15 minutes...yeah!

The long format doc is an as needed, but Wrike is so easy, we don't have much use for it.

1. PMO Wrike Guide (f5 PPT)

2. Wrike at a Glance (f5)

I will post the actual guide up in a bit.  Feel free to use as a basis for creating your own docs for your team.

Hi Patricia, I know we've told you before, but you are amazing! I just stopped by my coworkers desk to brag about how great these are.

As always, thank you for sharing :) Do you mind If I take these and put them in a new post?

Stephanie:  Yes please use them at will. The "Wrike-at-a-Glance" is quite the eye chart, but it works.
