Our team uses Wrike Request form for any of our homes to send IT work requests. The request form lets staff put exactly what is going on and some of the questions helps the staff are able to trouble shoot as they are filling out the request form. that may sometimes fix the issues that they are experiencing. If the request form gets filled out all the way, and the problem still persists, then the IT team has these requests come in and they use a Dashboard to triage all incoming issues and is able to assign out priority jobs based on urgency.
