Email External Requesters with Workflows Automatically
Hello! I have just set-up email communication with non-wrike users.
I was wondering if it is possible to send additional emails automatically when a task status is updated? Perhaps this could be set-up within workflows or automations?
i.e. a workflow could be set to have several completion tasks. Complete - No email and Complete - Send email (this could automatically email the external requester that work was completed)
i.e. Workflow could be set to have an awaiting approval status which automatically emails the external requester every week of a task awaiting approval. Awaiting Approval - No Email and Awaiting Approval - Send Reminders
It would be awesome if we could also set-up specific tasks in projects to have these email features without the need to submit the request via form.
