New Timeline Feedback (Round 2)
Hello all,
We appreciate the effor into getting the New Timeline working. We have already dropped a few suggestions in the forums. Some additional thoughts are the following:
- Enable a full screen view (as you can do with tasks).
- Allow larger or smaller 'size' of text so that more things can fit in the screen. We tried using Chrome's zoom in/out, however this apparetnyl brakes the structure of how Wrike is displaying everything. A native solution would be greatly appreciated.
- Mentioned in a different post: allow isolating a few folders inside the parent folder. This would greatly improve visibility. Let's assume I have Parent A folder, inside: Child A, Child B, Child C folders each with it's set of tasks. I would love to have a 'filter' to only show me Child A and C.
- Assuming that there are a lot of tasks with dependencies, we can already imagine the chaos of a bunch of lines interconnecting to multiple tasks. It would be greatly appreciated to allow a "depended tasks" that isolates the linked tasks and hides everything else temporarily.
A lot of potential the New Timeline has relies on improved filters and how you display information. This, from our end, would be extremely needed.

Hey, Nicolas! I love how you've structured this, and the point about filters is really good. When you mention isolating Folders, are you referring to the same functionality as the "notin:" search command?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, that would be the functionality. However, applied directly to the timeline without having to go through the search command. This could be an additional option in the "Filtering" menu.

Nicolas, great, thank you for clarifying! Do you think this would then be useful not only in the Timeline View, but just as a new filter in all other views too?
Yes. This should be part of the regular filtering option which applies to all the Views.
