We use a few different automations but definitely need to dig into this more!
As mentioned by Lisa, you can export. I do this all time time. You can also create macros in Excel to achieve your end goal if the format from Wrike is not desired.
Our favorite ones are so simple but helpful! If all Subtask are completed, the Main task changes to Completed and if the Project is Completed then it moves automatically to the Archive folder.
