I haven't seen a limit while uploading, but I am curious as well. I know there is a limit on the total attachments you have at an account level.
Unfortunately, Dashboards are limited to widgets, which don't have that functionality outside of a conflict monitor that I have seen. Perhaps check out the analytics tab if it is at a project level
