Vijay,  Are those custom fields? I haven't seen the title actual start or actual end before... so I am not sure. If they are custom fields, they aren't displayed in the Gantt Chart View

This isn't available currently. The only functionality out of the box on transition between statuses is assignment. This may be a great opportunity for a Product Suggestion.
