I agree. I seems the Default Workflow cannot be renamed and can't be deleted or removed from it's primary position. Making it a waste of real estate.

I agree, this would be useful. What I'd really love to see is an advanced search query builder -- something more robust and flexible than what's available now. And of course it should allow for "OR"!
