Requests to disseminate information and custom fields from parent project to tasks/blueprints.
Our goal is to enable a looping request form that creates tasks based on the 'request type' checked. The tasks that are automatically triggered are coming through empty and do not have custom fields filled in. It would be great if Wrike could automatically disseminate the information filled out in the request form to each tasks/blueprint associated, so the users can avoid manually copy/pasting information and filling in custom fields.
Hi Caitlin Henry, thank you for your feedback, I'm passing it on to our team!
I'd like additional options when creating projects with the request form.
I have one space where the request form uses a blueprint and I'd like to cascade the custom fields to all the subtasks. Same as above.
But in another space, I'd like to use the request form to capture some project-specific information and then have a table input to create multiple subtasks where each line would create different subtasks each with its own information in the custom fields. The table would allow an "add rows" feature to capture all items the requester needs.
I would like to have the option that requester can add product number and the quantity as a table where they can add rows. So multiple products could be requested.

I don't know how this [original] topic doesn't have a million upvotes lol. This would be sooooo helpful if tasks could inherit the CF info from a form when creating a project from a blueprint.
Hey Jessie Stith, thanks for sharing your feedback here and noted. I've passed this on to the team for you 👍
