I had some issues accessing the stage today, but hopefully we can get it figured out. I was able to visit a demo session and gained some helpful information. Looking forward to learning more!

Erica Dhawan reminded us that not only is the message we are communicating important but the method and nuance of our delivery method matters as well! Her points had me and my coworkers discussing how generational gaps influence our communication styles especially when it comes to communicating digitally! Super informative session as well as inspiring!

Loved Erica's seminar on Connectional Intelligence! It's a really ground-breaking way to think about how to communicate effectively with not only your co-workers, but peers in your personal life. Fantastic stuff!

I liked the reinforcement of the idea that you can track deliverable types through custom fields that allows all team members to track team progress and stay aligned.

Erica Dhawan was a very good start for the first day.

My favorite takeaway was using specific words and acronyms in email subject lines. For example, "NNTS," meaning "No Need to Respond." Love it!

I really enjoyed Erica's seminar on Connectional Intelligence! It was eye-opening and made me reconsider how our teams can communicate more effectively and lessen the dark matter of work. I hope this one was recorded so I can watch it a second time!

I loved this quote from the "Your Team's Work is Never Done (and That's a Good Thing)" session yesterday: "If your customer doesn’t like your product, does it matter that it was delivered on time?"

As a Project Manager, it's so easy to get caught up in the concept of hitting deadlines, staying within scope, etc. But this is a great reminder to always keep an eye on the end goal of a project, task, etc. by focusing on the value you want to drive and remaining agile throughout the process.

Favorite session so far is the keynote with James Clear. Love getting his 3-2-1 emails every week and it was great learning more from him and how he breaks everything down into pieces of info you can easily understand!

Thanks Samer, for sharing that we can automate our workflow and, for example,  have a person that is responsible for reviews, be automatically assigned.

I really enjoyed How to Become a (Virtual) Destination Employer. I look forward to watching it again because we have a culture of incremental improvements (Atomic Habits anyone?) and I thought the insights in the Destination Employer discussion were really well-stated. I'd like to share it with my team and beyond!

Erica Dhawan's - Get Big Things Done: Unleash your Connectional Intelligence was great and especially having that on Day 1! Several others yesterday were awesome as well ... Sherrie Besecker's - 10 Ways to Simplify Intake and Transform Your Work was fantastic too!

I really appreciated all of the visual demonstrations of features and walkthroughs that helped me see how the features are intended to work.
I have been ignoring the Custom Item Types, but after seeing some of the use cases and features I can now see the benefits.

Learning about customer item types was exciting - I can't wait to find ways to implement them.

Atomic Habits was great as well!

Atomic Habits was great and the Wrike idea of getting on the top of the worldwide changes to be more efficient even if you are an office or remote worker.

Erica Dhawan was fantastic, such an encouraging opening to the conference, and really set the tone. Definite digital native here, but not QUITE a "tiktok millennial" sending emails like they're whatsapp texts, so it was great to consider the communication spectrum in this way. It was an eye-opening perspective not only on communication styles but also where gaps are often born, and I loved the creative ideas for tools to overcome these challenges!

Got a lot from James Clear's talk as well - and was tre disappointed it wasn't one of the recorded sessions as I wanted to share it with my team afterwards.

Lastly, though I haven't yet fully wrapped my mind around how best we can leverage the power of CITs for our Org, I am re-watching the CIT-related sessions and Analytics sessions again this week and certainly very excited for lightspeed and figuring out how to make best use of interactions between Request Forms and CITs moving forward!

Does anyone remember which of the sessions talked about the sandwich building? I know it was about Custom Item Types, but I can't seem to find it.
