User Adoption Framework
Let’s take a closer look at what’s inside this template and how you can use it.
After launching a new space using the User Adoption Framework, you will see a structure that consists of the Get to Know Wrike folder and the User Adoption project.
The Get to Know Wrike folder holds tasks that explain how different Wrike features and functionality work. You can add more tasks here and share the folder with anyone on your team.
The next item you’ll see is the User Adoption project. There are three subprojects for planning, managing, and sustaining the user adoption process. You’ll find a lot of tasks with instructions and tips on defining stakeholders, establishing contingency plans and change management strategy, executing communications and rollout, gathering user feedback, and many more.

We have had user adoption projects in the past, but they ended up being overly complicated. Having a framework to jumpstart future projects will be a huge time saver. I think this template will also be useful for some more complicated event rollouts we have.
This is a great resource to have - I can see our Change Management teams using this template to implement new adoption projects!
