I'm a Project Manager and my biggest concern of all is to achieve the milestones on time. (I believe we all here have this goal, and that's why we are using Wrike 😁)
That said, I would like to understand how can I be notified when a delay is compromising the achievement of that milestone on time. As a Project Owner, or Assignee of the milestone, I want to be notified when there's a conflict in my project or milestones.
Each project gets its own life and many tasks get their duration and finish date changed during the development of the project, which sometimes jeopardizes the milestones, and no one is aware of it.
I see there's a Dashboard called "Conflits Monitor" which shows all milestones in this critical situation that requires immediate actions to solve this problem. Unfortunately, even that dashboard can't be edited, so it shows all the conflicts in all the projects, including the ones I'm not managing, so this tool becomes useless in our case.
Since the system already understands the conflict and identifies what milestones are in this critical situation, is there any way to notify the Project Owner or the Assignee of the Milestone or the Assignee of the Predecessor task that is causing the conflict?
