Weโ€™re happy to announce a small but very welcome enhancement to the Commentโ€™s Box!
 
The main reason for this update is to increase this functionalityโ€™s speed and performance. Our Product team has also improved the Commentโ€™s box look and feel for quoting, attachments, and mentions:
 
 
Comment formatting is now simplified - a hint showing the available formatting options now appears under the comment field when you start typing your comment. Youโ€™ll now also be able to view the formatted comment before sending it. The list of all of the available formatting options, as well as shortcuts, is available on our Help Center.

Hey Catalina Rodriguez, welcome to the Community! ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks a lot for your feedback, I've passed it on to the Product team. This change was released for better UI and easier experience. The team is not planning to support markdown in the Comments box.

I'm having issues just using ctrl+v to paste screenshots from my clipboard. It used to be seamless, but with the update I am unable to do it. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue, but any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Lisa, I'm not sure if this could assist the team in solving the issue, but it seems to only be an issue on my Chromebook (Asus). I still have the same functionality when using my desktop computer.
