Assigning RACI roles
It would be great to be able to assign specific RACI designations and manage notifications and task assignment based on those roles when templating a process.
ie: Reponsible, Accountable = assigned, Consulted, Informed = subscribed
Right now there is only "assigned" - it would be good to be able assign who is subscribed to a task within a blueprint/template.
I like this idea. I think roles would also be helpful in templates. For example, instead of assigning a designer to every design task every time they setup a new project, the template would have the design role assigned to every design task. Then when the project is created the template would ask who the designer is and the template would auto-assign all tasks with the design role.
Agree this would be really useful. We currently assign multiple people to tasks, but this leads to overload on the To do list, and seems to reduce accountability. Would be useful to have a formal way to track the various roles in a task within wrike without everyone being "assigned".
Agree - there may be many tasks that I am "responsible" for, but other team members will be completing with guidance.
This would be a helpful addition and reduce the "to do" list, with many items out of my direct control, but that I need to be aware of.
I am just starting a blueprint for a schedule and we have many tasks that many be assigned to one individual to complete ("responsible"), but many other people need to be "informed". Rather than adding those people as assignees (misleading that they are also supposed to do the work), it would be nice to have a RACI matrix where I could list (or tag) others so that they stay in the loop.

This is a feature I would find really useful too- even more granularity for team members to see quickly what their level of interaction with a given task is! Yes please!

Our team is aware of this suggestion, but it takes more +1s from the Community to get a product status from the team. This is because the product team assesses each suggestion according to the number of upvotes. Once the idea reaches 60 upvotes, the team reviews all use-cases provided here and decide whether or not they can take on the suggestion.
