[Status: Backburner ⏳] Automatically Send Report Snapshots Externally
Is it possible to add the functionality to automatically send report snapshots externally on a recurrence?
For example, if I setup a report that I knew needed to be sent to an individual every Friday, it would send them an automated email that had the snapshot of the report.
Right now, Wrike users can use the subscribe feature to receive a recurring report, but this just sends a link to the full, live report, not the snapshot, and this cannot be setup to send to people who are not on your Wrike account (via email, for example).
I believe this is key to Wrike keeping up with the growing movement toward working in more open, transparent and collaborative ways.

The Product team currently have no plans to add this suggestion to the short-term roadmap, due to other priorities. If anything changes, I'll be sure to let you know.
I need the same feature. I have several reports broken down by tag and I cannot automatically send them to external users. Please, develop this function.

Has anyone found a suitable substitute to manually sending snapshots out to various non-Wrike team members that gives them the same visibility/awareness?
Need the ability to schedule report send outs, this is a pretty basic function, surprised it's not here from Day 1

This would help my team out immensely, removing a manual step in their workflow. It would also help me to monitor my team's Wrike usage as I continue to work toward getting everyone 100% in the tool (by getting an automated snapshot on a given day, I can see if they've updated their project schedules by the deadline I set each week, without relying on my availability to create the snapshot at a very specific point in time).
This has request been open well over three years. It sounds like a lot of people would find it useful. Any news on it being added?

Can't wait for this functionality. Essential tool, included in virtually all PM platforms, and for those of us using Wrike it'll save a ton.
BTW, it'll also build exposure to Wrike from non-users...as many of us avoid sharing snapshots unless required by our customers (because it's so manual). Making it more useful, and easier to use, will have thousands of users generating snapshots to their non-Wrike clients. That's captive marketing, Wrike's value proposition to get this developed ASAP is real.
Hi Brian Foster, welcome to the Community! I've passed your feedback on to our Product Team. May I ask if sharing a public link of your New Table view could be a helpful workaround for you? Unlike snapshots, public links are not static and are updated automatically, so you wouldn't need to send multiple links to your colleagues.
Personally, I would like to send snapshots instead of a live link so stakeholders can see project progress over time.
