[From Wrike] Rolling out Wrike + Reactions you Could Get

When you tell someone you're going to roll out a project management tool (probably Wrike if you're reading this), that person is probably going to have a reaction to that news.

Someone who can't wait to get started? That's an eager beaver.
Someone who is sure that a project management solution won't work? A skeptic.
Someone who won't put down their pencil? A technophobe.

There's four more personas we've seen teams encounter frequently.

If you're onboarding a team - have you seen these same reactions or have you see any others? How do you approach people who have qualms about new tools?

There is another reaction,

Someone who will scoff at the project management solution and continue to use Outlook / email and text files.

This is can be a concern Ansel, and often if that's how they have been working for many years then I sometimes see where they're coming from.

Usually finding one particular pain-point that email and files can't solve, but Wrike can, changes this perception.

Have you thought about building out a short training session within your Wrike Workspace? Perhaps a few basic training tasks in a folder within Wrike where they can get hands-on with and see how much time, organization and transparency they can achieve using Wrike when collaborating.

I would love to hear what you do on onboarding new and existing people right now.
