Work schedule settings for "Invitation Pending" Status in user profile (account management)

When I send an invitation to a new user or collaborator I can't assign a "Work schedule".

That function would make adding new users simpler, now i have to get back to it when user accepts invitation.

I agree. It would be useful to be able to set in the user creation form.
