Schedule send feature?

I would love to be able to schedule send updates/notifications. Like choosing when an email is delivered- If I know someone is working on another project and won't have time to look at my request until later. I don't want to forget to make the request, but also don't want them to receive it until a different day. 

Could this be added?

Something like the "send later" feature in most emails for @mentions... If the sender/mentioner could specify the date/time, or maybe even a particular event like a particular status change, that might be very convenient.

Although it's not currently possible to set up a particular time for sending notifications, it should be possible to send some notifications upon some triggers via Wrike Automation, for example, upon a status change.

Hi Lisa, thanks for you the suggestion. The problem I've found w/automations is the time it takes to create one AND they can only be applied to folder, spaces or projects (vs individual tasks).

I agree with Tawnya, I'd prefer having a "schedule send" feature like the one gmail has so you can make sure people receive a ping at a certain time. For example, I work on the weekends but I want to be respectful of people who don't do it (and who may not be aware they have their notifications are on); I want them to see my messages and updates on Monday. But I don't want to go through the hassle of customizing individual folders/tasks.

If GMAIL can have a scheduled send feature so should WRIKE! Timing when communications are delivered is a key feature required in today's modern workforce. Also as the manager of a growing team, I would love to have response templates as an option.

I would also love this feature for the same reason (I work a lot on the weekends and during nights, since I work two jobs at the moment). I use this feature on Gmail and Slack all the time, and while on Wrike I really miss it.

Yes please! I don't want my direct reports to see that I'm working late, so please add this :)

Automations are not a good solution for this, unless there's a way to setup an automation like "Any comments on weekends THEN send on weekday", which I assume is not possible.


Also, the upvote button is very inconspicuous in this new design. I guess that's a separate issue, but not exactly "Product Feedback".

I'm still hoping for a schedule send option. Since making my original request in 2021 I have moved to a new company who also uses Wrike, and I still wish it was a feature available to me.

Schedule send is something I use daily in email tools to respect the remote asynchronous nature of my team.
