Aggregation for DropDown Values in Reports
Currently in table view, numeric values in drop down custom fields can be aggregated. However, the same cannot be done in Reports. Can you make it consistent by allowing aggregation of drop down values in reporting? We designed the custom fields that way as we were able to make it work in table view, so we can quickly see aggregates at different levels. However we just realize we cannot see the aggregates the same way in reports as in table view. We had to export to Excel to do the aggregation which is very annoying.
Hi Kelvin :) Thanks for bringing this up. Would it be possible to use a numeric Custom Field type instead of dropdown? I'm guessing you need dropdown specifically for your use case and if that's the case any additional details you could give around how you use the field/aggregations would be very helpful!
