A question for you, how are you using Space Level Workflows? 🤔
This very exciting release is now complete and if your account has access to custom workflows then space admins can now create and edit team-specific workflows without having to involve account admins.
How can this be useful? 🤔
Let’s look at an example. Let’s say you:
- Work in a Marketing Agency
- Have spaces for your various teams (social, blog, video content, etc)
While a workflow for creating social media and blog content can be similar, there still may be differences for these two types of content workflows.
Instead of using a universal “Content” workflow, it’s now possible for the social space admin to set up a specific workflow for the team to use.
This approach is super helpful when it comes to tracking and reporting on activities. Now, when the social team members work on their projects and tasks, they will not use the wrong workflow status accidentally. This comes especially handy when the time comes for reporting on social content!
