This issue seems to come and go. Unfortunately, it's unreliable enough at this point that I won't use the Ipad app anymore.
I am having the same problem....I just deleted the app and reinstalled. I hope this fixes the problem.
Please add a "reply all" button next to the reply button on comments. We are constantly adding people to the end of comments to make sure they are informed.
