I am able to duplicate reports with Wrike.  Have you tried recently?  Go to forms management and right click on a form.  You should have the ability to duplicate or delete?

3. Enable Custom Fields in folders to be displayed in Reports

The data is there to report on because you can use it to filter and group by.  I just want to see it as a column in my reports.
