In my opinion, you can use the custom Fields as you wish. If I look at my custom field list, I don't see the one you are mentionning. I'm on Wrike since a long time ago, I don't know if new accounts comes with predefined custom fields now. Maybe that custom field you are mentionning field was created from a previous coworker?

It looks like this can be a custom field created by someone on your team, because, as Eric says, custom fields are, well, custom, so it's possible to create any fields. I'd suggest reaching out to your team's admin about this. If it doesn't work, please let me know and I can raise a ticket with our Support team for you 👍
