Feature Updates

New Wrike Experience Update

We listened to your feedback, and are happy to announce that the latest updates to the New Wrike experience are now available! Now you can:

  • Show all spaces on the left-hand side of the Workspace.
  • Open the Launchpad from any place in your workspace
  • Set custom List, Board, and Table views configurations for projects and folders and more!

You can see more detail about these improvements in this Community announcement. If you're interested in trying out the New Experience and Wrike Views, be sure to enable them from Wrike Labs.

Wrike for Desktop Ver. 3.3.4

We've given the Desktop app a mini-makeover and implemented a few fixes! Here's what to expect in this new version:

  • ย An updated application icon.
  • Improved printing feature.
  • Issue with Google Drive authorization fixed.
  • Issue with opening links in a separate window fixed.

Wrike Analyze Filters

Before: teammates with Read-Only and Limited access, including collaborators and external users could not use filters when viewing dashboards in Wrike Analyze. Now: they can.

Fixes

Task Overlay Above Proofing

Sometimes, when you opened tasks with files waiting for their approval from the Files dashboard widget and then clicked the file pending approval, the Proofing window opened below the task in the overlay. This is fixed now.

First of all, nice that you added "Show spaces" feature, really useful for navigation.

ย

The new design for folder and projects is nice as well, but I'm having few issues with it:

- a few folders are missing in navigation pane, if I click the main folder they are visible:

- there is no way to quickly determine if selective sharing is turned on for a folder (I assume it's the same for projects as well). Before there was a symbol next to it

The issue with the filter of All Active (projects) is it still shows completed.ย  Completed is not active in our business, can we filter that out too so it is only Active projects?

I found that it did remove the completed projects - but only in the left navigation window. So, this fix is a great step, but I still want to be able to filter them out of the right side, too, otherwise I still need to deal with a gazillion archive folders across the org to get them out of everyone's way.ย

Hi Ryan Winchester, thank you for reaching out! In this update, we announced that it's now possible to filter out completed projects from the left-hand navigation panel within a space. Please let me know if it helps!ย

Thanks for your feedback, Kate! Do I understand correctly that by "the right side" you mean filtering out projects in different Wrike views like List, Table etc.?ย

I wish I could show a screenshot.ย  I still see completed projects with the "All Active" Selected

Ryan Winchesterย Peter Lenzย Here's where you can find the filter:

After clicking on "Only active", please refresh the page - you then should only see your active projects in a particular space. Please let me know if that helps!ย

Lisaย Yes is what I mean. You can filter out completed tasks, but not projects.ย

Thank you for getting back to me Kate! There might be an issue in your case because the filter should be showing either all projects or only active projects. I will check this with my colleagues and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.ย
