Feature Updates
Move & Copy Attachments
It is now possible to move or copy attachments to different tasks, folders, or projects.
- Select the file or files you want to copy/move from the description field of a task, folder, or project, or switch to Files view to select files from multiple locations at the same time. Click โMove/Copy Filesโ:
Wrike Proof - Open Document Editor From Proofing
You can now edit attachments from the Proofing view. The new edit icon in the upper-right corner of the proofing window opens Wrike's Document Editor.ย
- Once someone else clicks the edit icon, it changes to a lock icon to show other users that the file is currently being edited. Hovering over the lock icon will show a tooltip with the name of the user who is currently editing the file.
Android App version 4.3.1
Now, when working in the offline mode, you can see all tasks/projects/folders with pending or unsaved changes on a single screen.
- It's also possible to manage pending items by saving the changes again or canceling them.
- The app also sends a notification if thereโs an issue syncing with the server.

So excited for the ability to copy/move attachments. We've been asking for this for a while. I'm not sure words can express how much this is going to benefit our team. What would take this feature to the next level is having the option built in to move/copy to a dependency and/or subtask without having to type in a task name. In general it'd be great if you could navigate to a task instead of always having to know the exact name of it. That said, this feature really has potential for automation, which is awesome. Thanks!

When can we expect the Beta version of the Utilization report to be completed? I have request or recommendation for improvement for TEAM UTILIZATION report. Can the report be modified to allow Wrike to pull time utilization by 'timelog categorizes"? If this is possible in the full version of report please allow for report output to be a table view or column chart with stack by "timelog categories" for each user. This report could provide a view of where the majority of resource utilization is spent per "timelog catagories" and provide information that is valuable to understand if a resource is spending more time than expected on non-billable work and allow for further investigate and possibly result in an opportunity for the resources activity to be changed to increase productivity or ensure the right about of time is balanced between billable and non-billable work.ย
Hi Kevin Harris,
According to the Product team, the beta will be continuing for the foreseeable future. Once it's finished, I'll be sure to let you know.
Thank you for sharing this suggestion! I would recommend creating this as a separate post in the Product Feedback section. This way, other Community members will be able to share their support for this idea, and the team will be able to easily collect all relevant feedback too.
If you need anything else, feel free to reach out at any time.
