[From Wrike] Table in Gantt Chart Improvements!

Hey everyone,

I'm really happy to announce that we've added some cool features from the Table view to the table portion of the Gantt Chart! Here are the new additions:

  • Project filters are now available in the Gantt Chart, as well as project progress and calculated custom fields.
  • You can now see "ghost" folders, projects, and tasks. For example, if you choose to filter by all active tasks, and there are active subtasks within completed parent tasks in the project, you will be able to see these subtasks as normal, and the completed parent task will be grayed out above.
  • You can now add existing tasks to the Gantt chart by copying the permalink of the chosen task, selecting add task at the bottom of the table and pasting the permalink in there.

These are all available in your Wrike account today, so be sure to try them out and let us know what you think! If you have any questions or feedback, be sure to leave a comment below.

Hi,

"You can now add existing tasks to the Gantt chart by copying the permalink of the chosen task, selecting add task at the bottom of the table and pasting the permalink in there."

Fine - and what is the way to remove them without deleting the original task?

Hey Michael Winhausen, welcome to the forums! 🙂 Sorry for the late reply here!

To remove a task, open the task and untag the project/folder. It is the same as with any task - no matter how it was added. Hope this helps!
