I need to be able to pull a report to indicate the task start date. Currently only able to capture the task complete date which doen't make sense as we need to also know the task actual start date so that we can use to calculate the total duration from actual start date to actual complete date. Can any one help.

Hi Casey,
Are there custom fields in the tasks that you are trying to get reports from? In the menu as you create your report, you should see an option to add more filters in the "Filters (optional)" column. Here you should be able to fields such as Actual Start Date. If you can't see this option, then the custom field may not be in the project / folder you're creating the report from.
