Hi Lisa!
Do any of these courses exist in languages other than English? For example, French?
Thank you :)
Hi Soraya Jungย ๐ Currently the courses are in English only, and there are no short-term plans to have them in other languages. But this is something that the team is definitely going to consider in the future. I'll let you know!ย

Hi Lisa.ย On a related topic ... right now, for 101 Welcome to Wrike, I can see the 3 line menu and bring up the following view that has the course Outline and a tab for Transcript.ย ย ย
ย
Currently, the Transcript page is empty.ย Are there any plans to upload the transcripts of the Courses?ย In addition to providing a way where the text could be C&P'd into another program for translation (which would help address the same multi-lingual needs my company has too), it would also provide a text-driven equivalent for anybody that learns easier through reading than listening.ย
ย
I have found Spanish language videos, the Japanese community, and the older text-driven training materials.ย But, since they're all addressing topics in very different fashions, it's not possible to use them to help roll-out the subject matter in a consistent, unified fashion.ย But, if a transcript could be made available for the Discover modules, then we could take our own steps to perform the required translations.ย If worst comes to worst, I could always listen and transcribe the materials myself.ย I have had to do that in a previous job and with a different software package ... and that's why I already know how much help such a transcript can provide to someone.
But, since you would already have transcripts and I see where they could be shared within the system already, I was wondering if you were already intending to upload transcripts ... or if that was just a default option the system that created the course provided and won't be used.
Hi Shawn Reynolds, thanks a lot for reaching out and sharing your thoughts on Wrike Discover courses!
Out team are planning to add the transcripts to all courses, and I believe that 101 already has them - could you please check on your side?ย
Thank you and welcome to the Community ๐

Hi Lisa.ย I confirmed that 101 does have transcript info for the video portions ... for the specific portion of the video you are currently viewing.ย If you're in an area of the course that doesn't have audio, then the transcript area was blank.ย That's why it initially looked like the Transcript area was completely blank.ย I thought it would have the transcript for everything all together like the menu had shown the outline for the whole course.ย Once I went back through the course, i saw where it was populating the Transcript area with the current topic's info.
I wound up using Win10's video capture feature and then a transcription app to generate a full transcript so I could provide it to people that wanted to read along as they watched the video and/or needed to C&P into Google Translate to follow along.
Hi Shawn Reynolds! That's correct, thanks for flagging it - the transcript only appears on slides that have a video.ย

Do all roles have access to the courses in Wrike Discover? For example, can Collaborators and External Users access the courses, or is it only for Regular Users?
I received an answer to my previous question from Wrike Support: User license does matter in case with Wrike Discover, Collaborators should also have access to it, the important thing here is having the right link. Please note that users who are not enrolled need to use the following link:
https://discover.wrike.com/learn/course/internal/view/elearning/1451/101-welcome-to-wrikeย ย
While the link below is only working for the users who have already enrolled:ย

Thank you for posting, Danielle Fairbairn!ย ๐
