The operation when Backlogged Task is changed to Scheduled Task on Gantt Chart.

Currently, if we hover the cursor on Backlogged task on Gantt Chart, Gantt Bar of the length of Duration days is displayed. And the Gantt Bar moves following the cursor. But we can't anchor the Gantt Bar by these operation.

If we want to anchor the Gantt Bar that is displayed, we have to shorten or expand the Gantt Bar and registered once, and after that have to restore it to the length of original. (restore to the original duration).

I would like to propose that users can determine the position of the Gantt Bar by "hover & drop" or "one click".
