    Is there any news on when a Power BI connector might be available?

    Also, does the Tableau connector grab live data from Wrike or is it from a daily backup?

    Automatic BI export is already available, as well as the manual one. As for the Tableau connector, it grabs data from the daily backup, although you can force fresh export generation.

    I've got the following message when trying to run the Windows backup tool from the command line;

    $> backuptool-win.exe

    I have checked it's not a firewall issue by successfully pinging www.wrike.com and the IP address shown.

    $>ping www.wrike.com
