Min/Max Filter showing up for Start and Finish Date on Wrike Reports

I have a set of reports in Wrike and I’ve noticed that my start and finish dates have min and max values added in. This kind of just popped in one day.

Is there a way to fix this so the min and max is taken off? These are not custom fields.

Also as a side note. The min/max on the start and finish date only show up when doing group filtering on the report.

I tried doing some research but couldn’t find anything.

Hi Andrew,

It sounds like this has to do with the FIlters within your Report Setup. Can you double check to make sure that there is nothing within these filters that are selected.

Try that and see if it works.

Are you able to provide some screenshots of the report that shows what it is you do not want to have shown?

Hi,

I believe that I have this same issue. I have provided the screenshots below.

Here is a report grouped by status group (with min/max date values):

Here is the same report without a grouping (with no min/max date values):

I would like to remove the min/max on the date fields in reports. There is no roll up or aggregation of these project dates in the table view, so I am unsure why it appears in the reports.

Hello Cammille,

Thank you for your question!

I'm afraid that those min/max values are automatically added to the report whenever you use the "Group by:" function. Regardless of what you choose to group by, the min/max values will appear and cannot be removed. The only way to not see those min/max values is to remove all groupings on the report.

I'm sorry if those min/max values are causing problems for you and I encourage you to post your feature improvement request in our Community Feedback section (https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/115000020349-Product-Feedback) where other users can comment on and up-vote your post. Our developers take this feedback into consideration when planning future product updates and all suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

Please let us know if you have any questions and have a great day! 😄

I don't see how this Min Max feature is suppose to help. Also when I search ''Group By'' in Wrike in refers to using folders and projects which is the basis of Wrike. Now whenever I click into the date cell, the entered date is replaced with MIN MAX and I have to reset the dates manually. How is this a feature?

Martin
