How To Make Reminder For My Task?

Hi Chuong, welcome to the forums :) It sounds like you're looking for something like a meeting reminder to alert you a few minutes before the meeting? If you use Google Calendar, then you can use our Google Calendar integration to create an event from a task and then Google can remind you before the event.

Otherwise, we don't have reminder functionality directly within Wrike, but we do have another user, Megan, who posted a request for reminders. If you could +1 her suggestion that helps us monitor how many people would be interested in a feature like this. 

It looks like you're fairly new to Wrike, I would love to hear how your roll-out is going. Are you happy with the processes and set up you have?

Hi Stephanie, is it also possible to get Office Outlook calender-items integrate with wrike? 

Are the iCalendar feed and the ability to add tasks to Outlook Calendar still available? When I click on those links (and similar ones in other community posts) I get an error page. Thanks.

Hi @Lisa, thanks for your response.

Basically, I've been looking for a way to set reminders within a task that will alert me (in a hard-to-miss way) a certain period of time before the task is due. From reading through other Community threads, it looks like this isn't available in Wrike itself. I was wondering if iCalendar might offer a way to set reminders in Outlook Calendar, as sort of a workaround. 

I do have Wrike for Outlook, which lets me get tasks easily from Outlook to Wrike - but as far as I know it doesn't go the other way, from Wrike to Outlook. My organization doesn't use Google calendar, so unfortunately that integration doesn't help.

@Amy, thank you for getting back to me. Totally understand your use-case, thanks for sharing! There's a Product Feedback thread on task reminders. The status is "Not Planned" for now, but we keep bringing this up and asking for the updates - any news, I'll comment there and let everyone know. In the meantime, you can upvote that post; the number of +1s helps our Product team estimate the growing popularity of that suggestion.

Hello is there a way of setting a reminder date for a particular tasks in a project? I work in the renewable industry and there are so many moving parts within a project.  What would be really useful is to have a reminder set for when a task is to be action eg plant hire needs to be in place on a set date and a reminder to order the plant hire a week or two before the due date for delivery. Thank you for any advice.
