YES!!! I so agree on this one. I think this is really needed. I do the same and it is such a time sucker.
@Stephanie - so do you think moving the existing templates will be beneficial? I was thinking of doing that as well but didn't know if it would provide any benefits other than them all being in one...
I am so glad to see these changes. I am also excited about Blueprints. I think it will be something our users will really love. I am hoping a video tutorial will be put together and shared as well....
I think this would be great. One of our uses is for ticketing but it would be nice to be send back notifications on status or other instances.

I think this would be very helpful. Our users end up turning off notifications due to getting too many. So that would be a nice solution.

This is a great idea!!! I do find that it is easy for people to miss or let due dates slip. This would be great.
