I like this idea. I use a custom field for percent complete. If I mare a task done or complete, I would love the percent complete field to populate 100%. Maybe an easy if/then statement.

Especially on request forms and invites to collaborate. There is nothing that tells the requester or the invitee where or whom the message is coming from. It kind of looks like spam.
