I agree with @Melinda that emails which are customizable based on form and/or selection would be ideal. Thanks to the @Wrike team for considering it and to @Melinda for the suggestion.

These are great improvements. The instructions for customizing the email message suggest that I do so with "Customize emails" link. That link is not available to me (I do have administrator rights)...
