[From Wrike] The New Analytics view is Here ๐โจ
Hi Community!
Early this month, we announced three new releases for Wrike Labs: A new Table, Board, and Calendar view, and mentioned that this is only the start of the evolution of our platform. Today we would like to continue with some exciting news from us: Wrike now has a brand-new Analytics view ๐
The new Analytics view is a fully enhanced project tracking view providing you with the ability to take action within the view to ensure an uninterrupted flow in your teams work.
Thank you to everyone who has shared their feedback and participated in the interviews with our Product Team and helped this feature come to life!
How to get started with the Analytics view?
You can create an Analytics view for any of your projects or folders just by adding the view from the plus icon to create task-related data in easy-to-digest infographics.
ย With the new view, we introduce dashboards and charts tailored to specific use cases, starting with Project Progress. The graph will be customized with the widgets you have selected for your Use Case Template.
What else is new?
๐ We now have an enhanced UI, to create a smoother experience and improve ease of use for you.
๐ฌย Actionable in the same view, you can click on "Completed" tasks to see all tasks completed with assignees.ย

What happens if you are a current Analytics view user?
This change also means that we will be officially sunsetting the old Analytics view in the upcoming months while carrying all the existing features (and some new ones๐คซ) to the new version!
If you are currently an Analytics view user, this change will not affect you for the moment and you can continue to use the legacy Analytics view. In the upcoming weeks, additional communication and support from your Wrike Representative will be provided on the migration.
We have more things cooking for you on the new Analytics view, so don't forget to keep an eye on the Community ๐
As always, we'd love to hear your feedback, thoughts, or comments ๐
The external collaborator tool is so powerful in keeping Wrike centralized within our processes, are there iterations already planned for this? It would be interesting to understand what the roadmap looks like for this feature
Hey Nathan Lane, I've answered you here ๐

Lisa a simple thing I miss in the new analytics view: if I click into some tasks (the interactive part is nice) I can open some sub-information. But at some point I am e.g. at the in work tasks of one user. Then it would be nice that a click would open all these tasks in a list or table view. In general a rightclick on tasks should open up a context menue where I can choose to open the tasks in list or table or Gantt view. That would be really helpful as I could filter out tasks via analytics view and then really go to these specific tasks without setting a filter in another view.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback Sven Passinger, appreciated as always๐๐ผ

Hello Wagner Milagres Alves, welcome to the Community! Thank you for sharing your question with us. Burndown charts are available in the Wrike Analyze. Is this what you were looking for? If that is the case, please let us know and we can arrange for a member of our team to follow up and assist. Thank you!
