@... The side bar I like at the first tests. The new toolbar is bad compared to old one.
The toolbar is much more dense (only one row compared to two rows before), so it is hard to figure out where to click. Why not use the whole screenwidth and make some more seperation between the topics?
Also the new way to add new views to a project needs more clicks. Why not keping the simple + sign from old style? (Old stile: click on + and click on the view you need = 2 clicks, new style: click all, click add view, click the view you want, click create = 4 clicks; so this is doubling the clicks without any advantage)
I could not find a way to call my preset filters. I can open filter menu on the right side but I do not have the dropdown from the old stile where I can choose preset filters.
The same with expand all and collapse all. Old stile only one click because both are visible. New stile you click ones on Expand and then on dropdown choose expand or collaps. I use this very often and a click more hurts.
So my first impression. Especially for the new toolbar I do not see any improvements at the moment but only more clicks I have to make just for a new look. Why did you change it? What should be the improvement? Can you give any advantage you had in mind for the daily work?

@... also in the Gantt Chart I recohnized, that you can not change the workflow with the new view.
In Gantt you can only change to status in the same workflow (screenshot 1). If I open the task I can also change to other workflows. This is also needed in the Gantt (use the same menu as in the task itself (screenshot 2)).
Hi Sven Passinger, I've raised the feedback with the team, thank you for posting. Since this is a labs version, it's subject to change and improvements, if there are any changes or developments on this I'll be sure to let you know here๐๐ผ

I like the new sidebar. It's easier to navigate between spaces and feels less like a directory tree
Thank you for your feedback Gerrit Lane!

Thanks for all the hard work, Wrike Team!
Overall, while there are some sticking points (as is generally the case with any new implementation) I've been happy with the new Sidebar changes. The Toolbar changes a little less so, as Sven Passinger mentioned and I made a point to address in the feedback I submitted.
To avoid doubling up on all the typing I did for my feedback via the Wrike Labs link I've copied and pasted it below. ๐
Thank you so much for the detailed feedback Patrick Lawrence, we appreciate it ๐๐ผ

When enabling the new Toolbar view, it removes the ability to Import or Export to excel in Folder and Project views. When looking at the top level of the Space I can still access this ability but once I click on a project I can no longer find it. If it does exist, it isn't easy to find.
I can see that our support agents have reached out to you about this Eric Fiero. Let us know if you have any other questions or feedback ๐
