Can you mark "don't display" on a question in a request form?

We have several request forms depending on the type of projects. Some questions are not required, so they are left empty. Once the project is submitted every single question that is on the request form shows up on the project creative brief.

Is it possible to create an automation or add a function to the request forms for - any question that is left blank and is NOT required is NOT displayed in the creative brief?

Example: I have this screenshot, let's say (this is a test request form I'm working on) the "ready to submit" question is left blank. If that's the case, I don't need the information. It would be great if once the initiator presses "submit" it doesn't show up at all.

Is this possible?
