[From Wrike] Share Your Wrike Resolutions for 2022 ๐
Hi Community!
ย
This year your Community team has a list of resolutions for how we use Wrike, and we are curious to hear yours ๐
ย
One of the resolutions we set as a team is to step up our archiving game and to organize the numerous spaces and folders we created last year. We are archiving all tasks that were canceled, deferred, or completed and that will not serve us anymore for our day-to-day processes. Check out Brittany Stringer's post here about Annual Project Archiving if you have a similar need or you are looking for some inspiration.
ย
My personal resolution for Wrike is using Dashboards instead of my Inbox for daily tasks and overall to-do's. Inbox is a great tool for getting reminded by @mentions or for quick communication but Dashboards give a holistic picture of all of my tasks.
ย
These are a few examples from us. Now, we'd love to hear your resolutions for using Wrike in 2022 ๐
ย
You can share them in the comments below and as always, please let us know if you have any questions๐
My Wrike resolution this year is to help my teams with more training, tutorials, guides and support tools!
My Wrike resolution is to set up more automation and create fiscal year folders for better reporting.
My Wrike resolution is implementing additional collaborators as well as moving over a few additional reports allowing more automation.
Woo Wrike shoutout!!! Hope the archiving tip was helpful to someone somewhere.ย
One of my resolutions is to continue holding strong on our processes and making sure people are following those the best they can. We're a huge team and constantly changing and growing, and it's really easy for someone to slip once and then make that a new habit.ย
My Wrike resolution is to train up another power user to get some fresh ideas and help manage our workspace more effectively!
My Wrike resolution is to actually schedule in those "would like to get to - but day to day gets in the way" tasks so they are off my backlog!!!!
ย
My Wrike resolution for 2022 is to clean up. I hope for better automation and so to automaticly remember people of overdue, not started , ... tasks, which should not happen. At the moment I have to do it by hand.
It's great to read your resolutions everyone! If you have any questions about how to achieve your resolutions, we're here to help you at all times ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
My wrike resolution is to organize our folder structure to be a bit better as we have grown, and then I can tweak some of our reports to be even better!
My Wrike resolution is to set up an onboarding/best practices workspace and assign training tasks to new Wrike users at our organization to streamline training and decrease meeting time.
My Wrike resolution is to introduce the platform to Sales this year and keep up with projects and tasks housekeeping.
My Wrike resolution is to learn more about the newer features, train our users better, and become a community green or black belt.
This is such an inspirational thread, everyone! ๐ค
I'll share some of my own too: I'd also like to clean up some of the folders, archive some of them, and set up some newย automations to make my work easier โ ย
Ron Grover Love your goals! I'm sure you know, but just in case - you can start posting your own posts to get started with the badging process ๐

Love your personal resolution, @...! I have been trying to work using my Dashboard as well. I recently starting archiving all the inbox notifications unless there is a call-to-action associated with it, then I'll leave it there until complete.
In this New Year, media requests are slowly trickling in, so taking the time to work on some development projects. In Wrike, our team has a specific folder (Projects | Long-Term) where we house these projects.
Always open to learn new ways to Wrike better. โ

My resolutions for this year in Wrike include working more with work templates (hopefully once they can be launched from requests), potentially doing some clean up in our teams space, and getting some reporting set up with data from the BI Export API.ย
My Wrike resolution is to create a Wrike Core Team to help with our expansion of our Wrike platform.
Great to hear that Sean Wright ๐
Devree Czupinski We're hoping to share the good news in relation to work templates soon ๐
Kevin Thalacker I hope the Community will be a helpful resource for your core team ๐ค

My Wrike resolution is to step up my project management game by applying automation to my workflows and use more tools, such as time allocation.ย
My Wrike resolution for 2022 is to improve our use of the budgeting functionalities to help us concentrate on the right projects/clients.
One more: becoming a Black Belt here :-)

I'm already on track to start January 1st on my Wrike Resolution of having one of my team's main workflows entirely in Wrike with dependencies and even incorporating various other teams and departments into it. Also a tangential resolution to that is to begin to utilize our aggregated archived projects and tasks to identify patterns in our work and analyze our history of work.
