[From Wrike] Using the New Wrike Experience? Check out the New Help Center! ๐
รpinglรฉeHi everyone ๐
You may have already seen that weโve shared an update on the New Wrike Experience with you. This New Experience brings a fresh look to your workspace, making it easier to navigate across Wrike and quickly access your work.
To help you get the most out of the New Experience, weโre very excited to introduce you to the New Wrike Experience Help Centre. This guide is there to support you as you explore the new functionality and all it has to offer.
Just like the Classic Navigation Help Centre (the one youโre using right now), the New Wrike Experience Help Center houses articles that explain how different features work in the New Wrike Experience. It also has an FAQ section and you can search for information related to specific functionality.
If youโre unsure which version of Wrike youโre using (the Classic Navigation or the New Wrike Experience), thereโs a helpful explainer there too in the FAQ section ๐
If your Wrike home page looks like this, with the logo in the middle, then youโre using the New Wrike Experience:
If Wrike looks like this when you open it, with the logo on the left-hand side, then youโre using the Classic version of Wrike:
When browsing the New Wrike Experience Help Center, youโll see this banner at the top of the page with a link to the Classic Navigation Help Center. This should help you understand which Help Center youโre currently exploring:
Youโll see a similar banner on the Classic Navigation Help Centre pointing to the New Wrike Experience Help Centre:
If you havenโt checked out the New Wrike Experience yet, please visit Wrike Labs to enable the New Wrike Experience and Wrike views. The new functionality is designed for quicker and easier navigation and access to your work.
Please let us know below if you have any feedback or questions, and happy Wriking ๐

Hi Lisa, this is awesome that we now have a dedicated resource for the New UX Experience. One big piece of feedback is that screenshots are extremely valuable when included in the Help Center articles. When it comes to computers, I think the majority of us are visual learners! I love forwarding Wrike articles to my colleagues when they ask for help, but they're often lost if there aren't screenshots with the 1, 2, 3 steps visible.
I just had a quick look through the "New Wrike Experience Help Center" and it looks like there are even fewer screenshots than in the old Help Center. One might assume that's because the design is currently still changing and it would take a lot of time to keep screenshots up to date. But once the dust settles, do you know if the Wrike Help Center team will add some much-needed screenshots?
Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Soraya Jung! Absolutely, the team that's working on the Help Centers is definitely planning to continue adding content and, most importantly, the screenshots ๐
