We are glad to share with you some exciting news: Wrike is expanding the capabilities of the Wrike Connector in Wrike Integrate (powered by Workato) with the introduction of two brand new actions and an updated action for searching tasks in Wrike ๐ Check out these powerful enhancements:ย
๐ New Action: List Custom Fields ๐
The first new action, โList Custom Fieldsโ, provides a JSON output detailing all the Custom fields in your account, which includes the ID, Name, Type, a list of User IDs who share the Custom field, and its settings. You can learn more about actions here.
By obtaining the ID of a custom field, you can now modify it programmatically using the Custom Action available - a true game-changer ๐คฉ
๐ New Action: List Workflows and Statuses ๐
The second action newly introduced is โList Workflows and Statusesโ, which offers a JSON output describing all the workflows and their respective statuses in your account. With information such as Workflow ID, Name, and associated Custom Statuses, you'll be better equipped to manage your projects in Wrike. The Unique ID of each Status is perfect for those with Webhooks listening for Status changes and seeking specific Status updates ๐ฏ
๐ Updated Action: Search Task in Wrike ๐
We've also updated the โSearch Task in Wrikeโ action! Previously, you could search for tasks within a specific folder. This update enables querying for Tasks across your entire account, within a specific space (or in a particular folder). This enhancement offers even more flexibility, making it easier to find the tasks you're looking for when using Wrike Integrate. The output of this action is also a JSON.

1. Any chance multiple custom fields & status requirements are on the horizon to be added to the search action for projects & tasks?
-Use case: Searching all Projects with a NetSuite Item ID (CF) that are not complete (Status) & greater than 80% complete (Custom Field).
-Also: Writing and testing custom actions & defining params for this purpose in Workato/Postman is sometimes tedious.ย
