  • Work Item View - Updated Task Following Options and Quick Navigation Buttonsย ๐ŸŒŸ

Now, the Follow/Unfollow button does exactly what it says on the tin, and you can follow or unfollow a task in one click.

If you want to change the list of followers or see who follows the task, there's a new button for that! It's called Edit followers (or Show followers if you don't have the right to edit the list). Clicking on the button opens the following dialog:

In addition to the following updates, you'll now find the already familiar Jump to top and X new updates buttons that allow quickly navigating long item streams in Work Item View.

  • Adding New Users - Updated Invitation Dialog and Custom Messages for Trial Accounts ๐Ÿ“ง

We've reworked our invitation dialog and there are a few exciting changes:

Before, you could only add a custom message when inviting users on paid accounts. Now, you can also do this on trial accounts. Note: Free accounts do not have this option.

There is currently a limit of 50 invites with custom messages per day for trial accounts. After the limit is reached, you can still invite new users but without custom messages. Note: On paid accounts, there's no limit.

The custom message for the invitee field is now located right in the invitation window, not in a separate one as it was before.

The title of the dialog window now mentions the name of the account where you invite the users for more clarity.

The dropdown where you can select the license type of the invitee now shows descriptions of the license types below each type:

The desktop app got an update that includes:

- The option for quick session restore.ย 
- The option to set the maximum number of tabs opened simultaneously.ย 
- Keyboard navigation between tabs in the header.ย 
- Displaying release notes statement after updates are installed.ย 

We've made an exciting update to the workflow menu. If you go to change an item's status, now you'll see the Edit workflow button there, as well as a quick way to switch the workflow.

You no longer have to worry about manually transferring data between Miro and Wrike. Using the automated two-way sync powered by Unito will save you time and effort by allowing you to seamlessly connect your Miro boards and Wrike tasks.

With this integration, you can easily sync Miro card data to your Wrike tasks, ensuring that any changes made in Miro are immediately reflected in Wrike and vice versa.ย

The "Follow/Show Followers" improvement helps a lot, but why don't show this info/options in the sidebar of the Item? This way we don't need 2 aditional clicks, just like the old Tasks worked.

This would give even more importance/functionality to the sidebar of the new Itens, helping engage the users who don't like the new layout (I think there's a lot out there).

One of the challenges we face is documenting all of the conversations we are having both internally and externally on various platforms regarding each project. Slack does a great job of mirroring all of the comments on all of our Miro boards, but we don't consider Slack a good place to permanently record these conversations. We would love it if we could have a Wrike task in each of our Wrike projects that mirrors all of the comments in the Miro board for that project. Like Slack, a link would be available in the Wrike comment that would take the user to the comment in the Miro board.
