Why is the task description  just "Loading..."

This is waste of time to use your system!

Hello Support Team, 


we are having the same issue. We tried different browsers as well as the Wrike application. No differences. 

The project/task description shows just "loading" and all main informations aren't shown even after a long time.

SAME ISSUE.

It seems that I have the same exact issue. Sometimes it will load if I reload a few times but it's bothering. Have to use the phone (loads pretty good) to read descriptions, which is a hassle.

@Emma @Aubrey There was a temporary network outage which affected using the Workspace. The team is working to get this resolved as fast as possible, we'll post here as soon as things are fixed!

I'm experiencing this issue right now, and refreshing is not helping on any browser.

The ticket description simply says "Loading..." as described by everyone else in this thread. I've seen this before and refreshing helped some of the time, but not this time.

He's right; the same issue doesn't affect the mobile app, which I'm using to look at my ticket descriptions right now, but this is obviously only good as a temporary workaround. It's slowing productivity a lot. Hope to hear this is fixed soon.

Update: I've submitted a ticket for this as well and referenced this thread.

I am having the same problem on the Wirke App for my Mac laptop and on the online platform. I can't see any comments and cant edit anything!

It started before lunch. Tried multiple browsers. Rebooted. Went to lunch. Still stuck "Loading..." description for any task.
