Hi Ryan, thanks for getting in touch! There's no default option to restore the initials from the Profile page, but I've gone ahead and reset it on my end. :) Let me know if there's anything else I can assist with!
Hi Anastasia, can you do the same for me please? Putting a photo up sounded like a good idea, but at a glance, it's harder to see who's responsible for what across several cards at once.. Thanks in advance.. Jeremy

Hi everyone, wanted to let you know that I've reset the images for everyone :) Also, in case anyone is wondering, the profile picture in Wrike and here on the Community are connected, but you need to log in to the help center again for the changes to be pulled over - that's why the pictures here remain the same for a while, even after I've written that they have been the reset :)

Hey Christina, yes! It looks like you currently have the old format of default profile pictures - could you please upload any image, just so I would get the "reset" button on my end? Let me know when that's done and I'll reset it right away 😃
