Increase refresh frequency on reports to "immediately upon changing any task or other data that affects the report"

Currently the reports don't refresh immediately and you have to manually use the refresh button.  We use reports to manage tasks because we 1) Want to see all tasks across all projects on a single, date based, to do list and 2) because none of the other views (except table) show custom fields.

As such, we work exclusively off of reports, and when you edit a task, the report doesn't refresh automatically in any kind of timely manner and you have to refresh manually.
