I'm trying to add a folder to another project via the Permalink, but all it does is create a folder with the permalink URL. Am I doing something wrong?

I agree here. We've had to have a few Wrike SOP meetings, making sure that people are tagged or @followers or @assignees is tagged because people aren't getting notified of non-tagged comments.

100% agree. We use custom fields a lot for better reporting and excel exporting, but it would definitely be nice to be able to see the data in both places, when chosen as an option.
